By using Noumi you accept the rules on this page. They're written plainly. If anything is unclear, please contact us at the contact address below and we'll explain.
What Noumi is
Noumi reads your birth pattern back to you. The reading is structural and reflective — a mirror for how you might be built, in plain language. It is not a fortune-teller, not a horoscope, not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. It does not predict your future. If you act on a Noumi reading, you act on your own judgment.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Noumi. By signing in you confirm you meet that bar.
Your account
Sign-in is through Apple or Google. Keep the account secure. If something looks wrong with your account, please contact us at the contact address below.
Your data, your control
The birth data you give me, and the reading I produce, stay yours. You can delete everything at any time from Settings → Delete. I do not sell your data. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
- · Use Noumi for yourself, or for someone whose birth data you have permission to enter.
- · Don't try to reverse-engineer, scrape, automate, or brute-force the service.
- · Don't use Noumi to harass, dox, profile, or make decisions about other people without their consent.
- · Don't pretend to be someone else when signing in.
If you do any of the above I may suspend or delete the account.
Share pages
A reading's share URL contains a random unguessable identifier. Anyone with the URL can see the share page (your first name + one quoted sentence + an Open Graph preview image). They cannot see the full reading or your birth data. If you don't want this, don't tap Share.
Service availability
Noumi is provided as-is. I'll do my best to keep it running, but I do not guarantee continuous uninterrupted service. Upstream providers (OpenAI, Supabase, Vercel) occasionally have outages that affect Noumi.
Disclaimer
Noumi readings are reflective text generated from a birth-derived structural model. They are not professional advice of any kind. They are not a substitute for a doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial advisor, or any other licensed professional. If something in a reading prompts a real-world decision — about your health, your money, a relationship, a legal matter — talk to a qualified human.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Noumi and the people behind it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or limits any non-waivable rights you have under your local consumer-protection laws.
Termination
You can leave any time by deleting your account. I can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when reasonable.
Changes to these terms
If I change these terms materially, I'll update the date at the top and notify signed-in users at next sign-in.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute arising under them will be brought before the courts of Seoul. If you are a consumer based outside Korea, you retain any mandatory rights and remedies under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence — those are not waived by this clause.
